At Ancestral Acres we prioritize soil health above all else, for no other variable is more capable of producing healthier pastures, and as a byproduct, healthier livestock. By implementing regenerative grazing practices we improve the capacity of the soil to function as a vital, living ecosystem that sustains the life on which we depend.

Happy animals taste better and ours are no exception. All our animals are raised on pasture in a low stress environment and are cared for with the dignity and respect that they deserve. No hormones. No antibiotics. No vaccinations. Just clean, healthy meat!
